Ans:In short. The current team initially got to know each other in a TG where we discussed tokens, scams and more. Eventually we decided to create a knowledge base for newcomers to help answer recurring questions.
Out of that Halcyon evolved to something a lot bigger over the past half year almost.

Q2) what are your main features that discern you from other projects and what key advantages do you have?
Ans:Firstly I wrote the contract from scratch, reinventing the deflationary system for instance. It’s probably the first contract that doesn’t use reentrancy so it’s safe by design and saves a lot on gas fees for transactions
Second, we decided to come out with actual live working usecases right from the start.

The wallet tracker will go into a beta stage in the coming days.

Q3) How has the experience and background of your team been effective in the success of your project so far?
Ans:It’s key indeed. I’m a developer for a living and my team members are well versed in their field as well. One of the main reasons to get together since we all complement each other so well for a crypto project
We had a very successful start and attracted some of the bigger community leaders already with very positive vibes

Ans:Our slogan is 'loyalty, care and prosperity' for all.
For that we decided to have zero tax fees for buys (loyalty) and 12% total for sells of which 4% is redistributed to holders.
Holders of HALCYON will also benefit from premium features in our apps. However we launch with all features available for everyone. E.g. check your wallet performance over time.

CARE: We’re launching an educational program for newcomers to get familiar quickly with the lingo and anyone can ask or find answers in there.

We've been at it since April this year. Developing a app is time consuming since we're dealing with people's investments and we want to be 100% sure all is working as it should. As a dev I write unit tests for each and every function for instance which is time consuming but ensures the workings to a tee.
Since we have dozens of ideas, our future will be one with a lot of hard work, joy of sharing the apps and participate with our holders to create new exciting ones

2.For" Halcyon' What security features will be implemented to prevent hacking due to bugs in smart contracts? Does the" Halcyon' team test regularly to identify vulnerabilities?
Ans:We fully unit tested each function in a live blockchain environment running locally. We did millions of transactions to calculate and ensure correct outcomes as well as optimized gas usages.
Since we are the only deflationary contract without reentrancy calls, the possibility of a hack is reduced a great amount. Of course we had our contract audited by certified solidity devs as well.
3.I can see that Halcyon will be providing its users with an educational program. What will be the goal and mission of this educational program? Who are the targeted users? Will this be open and accessible by anyone?
Ans:Open for everyone for sure. Holder or not, passerby, your curious grandma, and it will always be free
The main target audience is the newcomer, but seasoned traders can also quickly lookup what 'mcap' for instance actually means.
The content is written and presented online according to best web practices so Google will pick it up quickly and thus we can attract more investors over time. Win-win

Ans:I haven't seen a contract yet that actually limits the fee amounts the unrenounced owner can set. E.g. setting the sell fee to 100% would immediately turn the contract into a honeypot.
Our contract has reasonable limits which can never be bypassed once deployed

5. Do the token holders have the right to participate in the governance of the project? What kind of decisions can they vote on about the project?
Ans:Halcyon is indeed a governance token. We welcome new ideas for apps and ask for feedback during our beta programs. We build for the community first and all.

Ans:No localized versions exist nor planned, however our website and apps can be multilingual. By popular demand we could set up a translation program. Good question!
